Big Rock Chophouse was previously home to a 1,950-square-foot brew house and award-winning Brewmaster Dan Rogers. The brewery and Dan moved out of the restaurant in 2013 to open Griffin Claw Brewing Company, Birmingham's popular taproom, biergarten, brewing, distilling and distributing facility.
