Chef Jeffrey Rose’s mastery in cookery garnered him the executive chef position at Big Rock Chophouse three years ago. Today, he oversees a staff of 25 and is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen including training, purchasing, special events and most importantly, creating the restaurant’s 4-star, award-winning menu.
