The lively, energetic atmosphere at Big Rock Chophouse is a fitting complement to the high quality that comes from the kitchen. Chef Jeffrey Rose’s mastery in cookery garnered him the executive chef position at Big Rock Chophouse three years ago. Today, he oversees a staff of 25 and is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen including training, purchasing, special events and most importantly, creating the restaurant’s 4-star, award-winning menu. Thanks to Chef Jeff, Big Rock Chophouse’s mouthwatering menu bursts with flavorful recipes centered around enormous, hand-cut aged steaks, delicious lamb chops, and the freshest seafood.
