Chef Eric Voigt joined the restaurant’s creative culinary team in 2011 as Executive Pastry Chef before being named Executive Chef of Big Rock Chophouse and The Reserve in June 2018. Chef Eric has a talented management team he works closely with who all share his same vision for creating only the finest and freshest cuisine with flawless service.
