Jessica, On behalf of the Horal family, I am extending my sincerest thank you for accommodating the luncheon on such short notice. We were all very impressed!! The room was private and comfortable; the wait staff was courteous and very conscientious…a special thanks to John and hats off to Chef…the food was incredible!

I wanted to thank you for all of your assistance with our Holiday Party that was held this past Monday.
Everyone was so pleased with the location and thought the food was fantastic. Jonathon and Katie were wonderful, very accommodating. Jonathon was especially helpful the night of, whatever we needed he was there to make it happen.
I have heard comments that is was one of the best Holiday Parties our group has had in sometime. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!! Looking forward to working with you and the staff at Big Rock again very soon!!!

I would like to personally Thank each and every person as well as The Big
Rock Chop House for the wonderful lunch that was provided for the staff,
clients and neighbors of Cass Community Social Services in Detroit. The
food was wonderful. The love and level of caring that your staff and
volunteers shared with all of us who were there was truely appreciated.
Beyond what words alone could ever express. It is people and businesses
such as yours who really make a difference in peoples lives. Kudos to all
those involved in making this day a blessed one.
Big Rock Chophouse’s Executive Chef, Brian Henson, General Manager, Vera Day Rizer, and its waitstaff team prepared 450 meals at Capuchin Soup Kitchen on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. This effort was part of the 52-week Detroit Area Chefs “Feed the Need” program with the Michigan Restaurant Association.

My husband and I dined at Big Rock on Saturday evening, and I just wanted
to thank you for a wonderful experience. Our waitor, Dave, was so great and
his passion for his job was obvious and contagious. We were at Big Rock
celebrating our anniversary, but we did not share this with Dave until the
very end of our meal. It was great to know that we were not receiving
special treatment because it was our anniversary, but because Dave must
treat all of his customers with such genuine enthusiasm. Thank you for a

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU for an excellent job on our special event yesterday!!! You and your staff did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with the setup, food & drink service, the cleanup, EVERYTHING. I have never experienced such wonderful service across the board, from the waitstaff to the managers (and it was a pleasant surprise to see you there in person right in the thick of it as well), not to mention that the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING. I can’t tell you how many guests were just amazed and thoroughly impressed at the presentation and service your staff provided. That is what meant the most to Sue and I. We are truly grateful for having my first niece (Sue’s grandchild) welcomed with a celebration that was as pleasant as you were able to provide for us. It was such a wonderful overall experience, a seamless event that we will always remember in a very positive way.
Thanks again, and please pass this along to ALL of the employees involved – we can’t thank them enough!!!
